The Canadian Truckers are protesting the vaccine mandates and the vaccine passports. Each time truckers come into Canada from the US, they must have an app on their phones which tracks their covid vaccinations. If a trucker is not current, he has to go back to the United States, get a PCR test, and if negative, he has to wait a time before crossing the border. To force the truckers into compliance, Trudeau has declared Marshall Law to force the truckers to receive the vaccine and up-to-date booster shots. It should be clear to everyone that this is not about health. It is about control. The truckers want their freedom from tyranny. Trudeau now has the power to seize money from anyone’s bank account who disagrees with his draconian policies.

The Emergency Act mirrors the policies of third-world dictators, including the power to supersede local and regional laws. This action is equivalent to the FBI replacing the authority of the state, city, and local politicians. The law also prohibits public assemblies where the government considers a breach of peace has taken place, such as hawking horns, and prohibits people from traveling to nonsanctioned events. Any support of demonstrators, such as money, food, or fuel, is now illegal. Acts of compassion, feeding, or giving shelter are criminal offenses. Person’s caught funding demonstrators now face a $5,000 fine or imprisonment of up to five years and government confiscation of their bank accounts. The government is issuing an order with immediate effect under the emergencies act, authorizing Canadian financial institutions to temporarily cease providing financial services where the institution suspects that an account is being used to further the illegal blockades and occupations. This order covers both personal and corporate accounts. Third, we are directing Canadian financial institutions to review their relationships with anyone involved in the illegal blockades and report to the RCMP or cease as of today, a bank or other financial service provider will be able to immediately freeze or suspend an account without a court order in doing so. They will be protected against civil liability for actions taken in good faith. Federal government institutions will have a new broad authority to share relevant information with banks and other financial service providers to ensure that we can all work together to put a stop to the funding of these illegal blockades.
