Much of the following information is from the book COVID-19 AND THE GLOBAL PREDATORS: WE ARE THE PREY by Peter R. Breggin MD and Ginger Ross Breggin.
In October of 2017, The Bloomberg School of Public Health at John Hopkins University published a book titled The SPARS Pandemic, 2025-2028, promoting vaccines during a pandemic. According to the book’s authors, the need for government censorship is critical. The study states, “This is a hypothetical scenario designed to illustrate the public health risk communication challenges that could potentially emerge during a naturally occurring infectious disease outbreak.” The book anticipates the COVID-19 pandemic and the Great Reset proposed by Klaus Schwab and the World Economic Forum. So, it is clear that as far back as 2017, a cabal of global predators was active in conspiring to dumb down public opinion to make people compliant enough to accept a new order of strict rules and regulations.
EVENT 201 envisioned the coming pandemic as a war game or using a term often used by Bill Gates, “a germ game.” These global predators have used a world pandemic to promote globalism, blurring the difference between governments, international organizations, and businesses. The predatory globalists who have instigated this pandemic believe they should be in charge of everything and everyone. The new world order will void democratic republics, personal property, and the free enterprise system. Just as Karl Marx never discussed how a communist system would work, he only said that communism would be the result of capitalism, this cabal has not laid out a detailed plan of their utopian world.
The cabal does give us a hint with an update to the 2017 book, The SPARS Pandemic, 2025-2028, in an article published by the Journal of International Crises and Risk. The article’s title is The Spars Pandemic 2025-2080 – A Futuristic Scenario to Facilitate Medical Countermeasure Communication. As in the original book, authorities promote vaccinations to an unsuspecting public. On page 264, Breggin askes the question, “Why did Gates, Fauci, and so many others want to warn the world of their plans?” He then goes on to write, “In fact, alerting the world in advance to the pandemic was clearly to the enormous advantage of the global predators. We can see the demeanor of Bill Gates, Fauci, and others that they are enjoying their predictions. Why? Because alerting and frightening people in advance was key to their twin goals of making billions of dollars and strengthening their autocratic and increasing totalitarian control over the world.“
