Taking advantage of the low interest rates artificially imposed by the Federal Reserve (a privately owned central bank) the worlds private equity firms are buying up neighborhoods at premium prices squeezing private owners out of the market. Owning a home will only be possible for the very wealthy and the middle class will become a class of renters. Rent is a form of debt … and the debtor will become slave to the lender.
