THE STING

#145

The Sting is a 1973 movie set in 1936 starring Robert Redford and Paul Newman. The movie is about con men who mislead a mob boss into losing a half-million dollars after being convinced that he had inside information on a horse race. The film ends with the mob boss not realizing that he has been scammed out of his money. The scam perpetrators often take years to brainwash the public by controlling the mainline news, public education, and politicians. When the time is right, they manufacture a crisis that requires action by the victims, actions that eventually end in the victim’s destruction. Meanwhile, the victims believe their efforts have been honorable; they are completely unaware that they have been bamboozled.

Germany is a perfect example of a sucker in a giant shell game. After the puppet masters convinced politicians that nuclear power imposed a threat, Germany dismantled its atomic power plants, making it more dependent on natural gas from Russia. The Nord Stream 2 pipeline, which transports natural gas from Russia to Germany, was completed in June 2021. Still, Germany has not certified the pipeline, so it sits full of gas while the country is energy-starved. Then NATO convinces Germany to take harsh measures against Russia, actions that will result in an explosion of energy prices and possibly the destruction of its economy. All the while, German politicians believe that their efforts have been honorable.

America is a victim of a giant shell game. The puppet masters have taken over the reins of power in the United States, and they have used America’s resources to displace domestic and foreign governments with their puppets. It all started when the US marines overtook Hawaii in 1887 in a coup that replaced Hawaii’s reigning monarch. Since then, the puppet masters have used America’s resources to instigate regime change wars in at least 30 countries. After Hawaii, there was China (1950-53), Korea (1950-53), Guatemala (1954), Indonasia (1958), Cuba (1959-60), Belgian Congo (1964), Peru (1965), Laos (1964-73), Vietnam (1961-73), Cambodia (1969-70), Lebanon (1982-84), Libya (1986), El Salvador (1981-92), Nicaragua (1981-90), Iran (1987-88), Libya (1989 and 2011), Panama (1989-90), Iraq (1991), Kuwait (1991), Somalia (1992-94), Bosnia (1995), Sudan (1998), Afghanistan (1998 and 2001), Yugoslavia/Serbia (1999), and finally Ukraine in the 2014 Euromaidan Revolution.
